We welcome
new patients into our office. We believe that each dental visit
should be as stress free and relaxing as possible. We will help you
feel comfortable by giving you information about our office, equipment,
materials, procedures, methods of payment for your treatment or any
other question or concern you may have.
For adult new patients we will take a full mouth series of digital
diagnostic x-rays (FMX). If you have had an FMX in the
past 3 years you may bring them in with you. Dr. Holtz or Dr. Chan will provide a
thorough examination with our intra-oral camera, so you can see the
condition of your teeth and gums. This exam also includes an oral
cancer exam. You will then have a professional cleaning by one our
hygienists as well of an assessment of your periodontal (gum) health in
detail. Dr. Holtz or Dr. Chan will explain to you in detail any necessary
treatment. A special gift will be waiting for you as a welcome to our family of outstanding patients.
Children age 4 and over will have necessary x-rays, a thorough examination, dental cleaning, flouride treatment and the opportunity to be a member of our No Cavity Club.
